Windows to the SouL

Image hosting by Photobucket

This is me.. Or rather.. this is my eye. I've forgotten when I took the picture, but it was kinda spur of the moment candid shot taken using my mobile camera. Kinda mysterious ain't it? *chuckles*

Looking at this photo reminds me of the saying the eyes are the windows to the soul. I wonder how true that is.. and how does such a saying comes about? Is it because through the eyes, you can see hidden emotions? Just like when a person smiles, you look into his or her eyes.. and if you see sparkling eyes, then it's true that the person is truly happy... But if you see sorrow in the eyes, kind of like a glazed look, then probably the person is feeling otherwise? But what if a person is truly skilled in hiding their innermost feelings... how then can we know what they feel or think? So how true can the saying really be? *ponders*

Well.. I guess it depends on individuals and on certain situations. For me, I believe that if you truly care, love and know someone well enough, you don't really need to look into the eyes to know what is going on.. Just by actions, body language, voice, touch... almost anything even, you will know when that person is feeling down... *smilez*

The eyes are the windows to the soul.. but in the end, your eyes are only what you see..

Sooo Many!
It's already March now and it's been almost 3 months since my last entry. I can only blame it on my tardiness and busy schedule. *giggles*

It has been a really really hectic year so far... I know, I know, it's only March.. but I feel so drained already! There are just soooo many things to do at work and at home. And so many matters to think about too! There's my bunch of lil devilz to handle, the rental house I'm living in now to deal with, my new home coming in end of March to settle (which means double moving in juz this year alone! *sigh*) and lots, lots more! But still, I'm determined not to let it all weigh me down too much at a time.

I foresee that this year, it will be a test of patience and time management for me, which I'm doing quite badly right now because of procastination.. yeah, I'm guilty of it. I just don't know where to start with sooo many things going on! When this happens, it's that time again.. that time to take a step back, breathe and take things one at a time. I do hope that it will get better soon with the coming March holidays. If it doesn't.... you'll hear me screaming for help! *chuckles*
