Bad Dream....
It's Saturday morning, a day which I don't have to go to work, which means that I can sleep in late.... but here I am at 7.45am, wide awake... and all because I had a bad dream.. *frowns*

I was having a headache yesterday. In fact, throughout this whole week, I've not been feeling well.. been having fever, cough, runny nose, headaches and neck strains. But I didn't go to the doc. Instead, I just took the leftover medicine I have from a month ago. So, yesterday night, after talking to my dearest, I took my medicine and went to sleep. The medicine was supposed to help me relax my muscles and make me sleep comfortably.... but I still had a bad dream... *sighz*

I won't go into details about the dream... but the gist of it was that my dearest left me for another girl and told me that he wasn't serious about me from the very beginning....

People say that dreams happen when we worry about something... but some say dreams tell us something that might happen. But I know, in my case, the dream will only remain a dream 'coz I have complete faith in him and trust that he will be true to me. However, what the dream could be telling me is that perhaps, there will be obstacles in our relationship.

Well, I guess, whatever it is, a dream is just a dream... whatever happens in reality is the one that is real. Hopefully... that is the case here... *smilez*

Fireworks Festival - The Finale!

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

It was amazing!!! Simply beautiful, awesome and breath-taking.. the nightsky just lights up so brightly with everyone around cheering at the sight before them! The pictures were taken on the last day of the Singapore Fireworks Festival 2006. The display was put up by the team from France. And indeed, the last fireworks display was spectacular!

I had a really enjoyable time with my friends. They reached the area around 5pm and I joined them at 7pm. The wait for the fireworks display, which was scheduled at 9pm, was worthwhile. Although we waited for hours for a 15minutes fireworks display, time flies past quite quickly and we were rewarded well. *smilez*

One thing was missing though... or I should say one person... *grinz* My dearest! He wasn't beside me enjoying the fireworks. My dearest couldn't join us and therefore, I had to go there by myself with my friends. But, nonetheless, I was touched when he called me at 7.30pm to check how I was doing. Later on, he called me at 11.30pm and said that he couldn't sleep, thinking about me... aawwww... *smilez*

This weekend, we won't be meeting up with one another... which means a total of 10 days of not seeing one another.... 10 loonngg days.. *sighz*

And so, I'll be counting down till the next weekend when we will surely be meeting up and spending quality time! Yayy! Really can't wait..... 4 days gone.. 6 more days to go!*grinz*

Caught in Awe...

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

The Singapore Fireworks Festival has caught me in awe again this year! The fireworks were just so marvellous. It lasted for about 12 minutes.. and for the whole of the duration, I was amazed and captivated.

This wasn't my first time watching fireworks. In fact, when it started 2 years ago, I went to every of the fireworks displays. I've got friends who tell me that I'm crazy, and asking me if I ever get bored and tired of watching fireworks every year. My answer.. No!

I'm a fireworks fanatic. I simply lurrrve fireworks. And each time, it's from a different country, so there's always something new to look forward to. I love the way the fireworks just brightens up the nightsky. It kinda feels like encouraging and calming, even though you can hear and feel the explosions of the fireworks. It gives me a sense of satisfaction and joy to see the colourful displays of fireworks, especially when I watch it with my dearest and my friends!

I can't wait to watch the next 2 fireworks displays in the Singapore Fireworks Festival. Never will I get tired of watching fireworks... The beauty of fireworks amidst the calmness of the night... Truly endearing... *smilez*
