I know the title may seem like a surprise considering that I have the love of my life now.. It's just that I had this conversation with my dearest, of how sometimes why women can tolerate having guys which do not treat them well... My answer to him... "When a woman feels lonely..."

I've been through that feeling before.. the feeling of loneliness. It's not a good feeling indeed. And although, I wasn't truly lonely 'coz I still have my family with me, it's just a different kind of loneliness you feel in your heart when you don't have that special someone. That someone who you can talk to about anything, and share your innermost secrets and thoughts with. It's hard when you walk around and you see loving couples around you. Jealousy sets in and you wish... wish that just for a moment you were the person having someone to be loving with instead.

When a woman feels lonely, she is truly vulnerable, no matter how 'hard-hearted' or nonchalant she may appear to be. Any kind of sweet words or nice gestures will melt her heart, even though there may be some hesitation and wariness felt, especially if one has gone through many heartaches or even just one major heartbreak. When a woman feels lonely, the tears she shed does not even match the ache in her heart, the need to have someone right there by her... No one can truly understand a woman's loneliness except a woman herself...
